Section 32
To Attain Competency
(1) Every person who attains eighteen
years of age shall be considered to become a major, and shall, in the
same capacity, be considered to be legally competent.
(2) A person who is competent under sub-section (1) may,
subject to law, exercise, bear and discharge any right, obligation
and duty whatsoever.
